📝Activity: Create a path symbolizing different moments throughout a day (in which we may feel many different emotions). In turns, flip cards and talk about situations that may lead one to feel it. However, when ANGER comes out... there is a “PIT” STOP to get relaxed while breathing deeply! When it is over, you can talk about the reasons to become angry and how to overcome them.
